Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations and mentor the accounting team for accurate transactional accounting Direct the month-end close process, ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate financial reporting Collaborate with project teams to monitor budget performance and conduct job-cost reviews
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of accounting leadership experience, preferably in construction or commercial roofing Strong expertise in month-end close and construction WIP accounting Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including SQL and ODBC connectors
Experience with SAGE 100 (MAS) and Concur/SAP Expense reporting is a plus
