Job Purpose
The Site Facilities Manager oversees all aspects of building functions and guarantees safety and functionality of all facilities.
Key Responsibilities
General Services & Maintenance: services oversight (facilities, buildings, cleaning, security, events, green etc.).
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, ISO 14001 management, waste management, and fire prevention.
Contracts & Finance:
Supplier management, procurement, budget monitoring (OPEX/CAPEX). Project management.
Sustainability:
Promote energy efficiency and manage corporate mobility (Mobility Manager).
Coordination:
Lead internal teams, consultants and external professionals.
Experience Required
5+ years of experience in similar roles
Contract handling experience
Experience in planning and maintaining facility budgets
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Architecture, Management Engineering or equivalent
Fluent English
Excellent time management skills
Leadership and problem‑solving skills
Strong attention to detail
