The Finance Director leads all financial activities of Angelo Po, ensuring strong financial governance, accurate reporting, and effective decision support to drive profitable growth and operational efficiency.

The role acts as a key business partner to management, ensuring full compliance with Marmon Group standards, Italian statutory requirements, and US GAAP, while strengthening internal controls, cash generation, and performance management across a multi-country footprint.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting

Lead and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning for Angelo Po Group.

Ensure timely, accurate monthly financial closing and reporting, in full compliance with Marmon Group deadlines and requirements.

Define, monitor, and analyze financial and operational KPIs, providing actionable insights to management.

Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, including variance analysis and corrective action plans.

Act as a financial business partner to Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain.

Accounting, Statutory & Compliance

Ensure compliance with Italian GAAP, US GAAP, and Marmon Group accounting policies.

Oversee statutory financial statements preparation for local entities, and directly finalize statutory financial statement for Angelo Po and the consolidated financial statement of the Italian sub holding (Marmon Italia).

Ensure full compliance with local statutory, fiscal, and tax requirements.

Manage relationships with external auditors, tax auditors.

Overview TP documentation for Angelo Po Group

Support and coordinate internal and external audits, including SOX compliance activities.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of accounting data and master data governance.

Act as Anti-corruption officer guarantying full compliance to local and US antibribery legislation, overseen the application of the Marmon Anti-corruption policy

Collaborate with Corporate legals on reviewing contracts and supporting the organization on contractual risks identification and management.

Cash Flow, Treasury & Working Capital

Drive cash flow optimization through active working capital management.

Monitor and improve inventory, receivables, and payables performance.

Oversee collection activities and credit management

Risk Management & Internal Controls

Identify financial and operational risks and implement mitigation actions.

Ensure robust internal control framework in line with SOX and Marmon requirements.

Oversee insurance programs in coordination with the Group Risk Manager.

Promote a strong culture of compliance, control, and risk awareness.

Leadership & Organization

Lead, develop, and coach the finance team, fostering accountability, continuous improvement and a business partner culture.

Promote process standardization, automation, and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or professional certification (CPA, ACCA, equivalent) preferred.

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions.

Strong experience in manufacturing environments and international group reporting.

Solid knowledge of Italian tax and statutory regulations and international accounting standards.

Proven experience with US GAAP and SOX in a multinational context.

Strong knowledge of IT tools and systems: ERP (JD Edwards preferred), XLS, One Stream, HFM, PBI
