a passionate Customer Service Intern who’s ready to step into the world of Supply Chain.
Your Next Role
You’ll be part of a collaborative Customer Service team focused on solving issues, supporting clients, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
You will have the opportunity to gain handson experience in:
Efficient order management
Supporting daily delivery processes
Managing service claims and ensuring timely resolutions
Overseeing valueadded service activities
Maintaining clear inbound and outbound communication with customers to meet—and exceed—their expectations
You’ll be supported by a great Team and guided through an onboarding experience designed to help you connect with the business, your colleagues, and the full customer journey! xpavfwm
What You’ll Need
To be successful in this role, you bring:
A   Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field   , with a strong interest in Customer Service
Active listening skills and a customer focused mindset
Good knowledge of   Microsoft Office Suite
A good level of   English
A proactive, solutions oriented  “cando” attitude
Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy
Strong teamwork and communication abilities
Motivation, curiosity, and passion for supporting customers
