Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for enabling commercial teams through smart insights and CRM excellence? We’re looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting our sales force and driving business performance. This position is based in Modena and follows a hybrid working model, which includes smart working with on-site presence required in accordance with business needs.

What You Will Do

Prepare the budget / forecasts / business plans for sales revenues and Sales & Marketing costs
Support the Group Finance Manager in preparing monthly cash-in estimates
Support the sales team in key day-to-day operations and process excellence
Analyze data prepare insightful dashboard/reports for business reviews that translate into actionable recommendations
Manage and optimize the sales tech stack (CRM, BI tools, automation platforms) as a key sales enablement
Contribute to the improvement of procedures related to the order-to-cash cycle (from quotation to collection)
Drive planning and strategic cross-functional projects to support the go-to-market strategy
Train and support the sales team on processes, system and reporting

Who You Are

You have a master’s degree or more
You are a professional with Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or sales operations
You are comfortable managing internal stakeholders, up to the C-Level
Proven analytical mindset with ability to work with large data sets, model scenarios, and derive insight
You can deliver effective presentations to any audience expressing strong communication skills
You are proficient in using MS Office suite
Fluent in English and Italian
You have experience in a software company (SaaS experience is a plus)
Familiar with Net Suite or Salesforce (nice to have)
