Main Responsibilities:
Manage the executive's schedule and appointments, coordinating meetings and travel.
Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports.
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, filtering communications based on priority.
Organize and maintain company archives and documents.
Coordinate company events and meetings, including booking rooms and preparing materials.
Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses.
Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive and company information.

Requirements:
High school diploma or degree in related fields.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred
Skills:
Excellent knowledge of English, French, Spanish, Portuguese.
Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
