Airside Experience Specialist - BFM

• Conduct airside operations safely and efficiently following established policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members, guests, clients, and vendors to meet service needs, including fueling and de‑icing
• Operate ground service equipment such as fuel trucks and tugs
• Load and unload luggage and cargo to and from aircraft
• Maintain safe, clean, and secure operational areas while adhering to safety protocols

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Minimum of 18 years of age and ability to pass background checks and drug tests
• Valid state driver’s license; commercial driver’s license (CDL) may be required in some locations
• Excellent vision and coordination for moving and inspecting aircraft
• Ability to work outdoors around active aircraft in varying weather conditions

• Three to six months of experience in aviation, customer service, or a related field
• Strong guest service skills with an energetic and outgoing personality
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Experience in multitasking in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with safety rules and operating instructions
