Shipping Receiving

The Shipping and Receiving Clerk role is designed to ensure accurate receipt and stocking of products in warehouse and accurate shipment and delivery of products. This job requires a commitment to safety, quality, and concern for the customer's needs in accordance with all company and ISO 9001 standards. This role is responsible for the delivery of material to customer worksites.

Job Duties:

• Maintain a clean and neat work environment.

• Properly job in and job out of work orders for job tracking.

• Receive freight/packages and check for accuracy vs. packing slips.

• Distribute materials to appropriate departments.

• Places stock on correct shelves or racks.

• Perform routine inventory cycle counts.

• Perform final quality check of orders before loading.

• Load truck.

• Record delivery information on the packing list as needed.

• Drive truck to deliver items ordered by the customer and pick-up materials.

• Obtain customer signature on receipt for pickup/delivery and issue customer receipt.

• Clean inside of truck.

• Perform routine maintenance on truck.

• Keep focus on safety, quality, and timeliness.

• Compliance with all company policies, including Drug-free workplace.
