• Operate and maintain one or more types of moderately heavy motor equipment
• Perform manual tasks related to the operation of equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance

• Completion of a minimum of the eighth grade, preferably high school graduation or GED
• Minimum of one year's experience operating Equipment Operator II level equipment
• Must possess a valid commercial driver s license for the type of equipment operated
• Ability to demonstrate skill in the operation of designated equipment
• Must meet established medical and physical standards for the class of work

• Experience with a variety of heavy motor equipment
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in equipment operation
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Previous experience in public works or utilities sectors
• Willingness to obtain necessary equipment endorsements within the designated timeframe
