Program Coordinator

• Supervise, coordinate, monitor, and participate in the administration of the Family Haven shelter
• Train and instruct employees in compliance with program policies and procedures
• Interview clients to determine eligibility for assistance and develop intake and case plans
• Build and maintain professional relationships with community agencies and educate them about the program
• Prepare reports and develop grant applications and documentation

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or a related field
• Minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in social services work, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience providing required knowledge, skills, and abilities
• Valid Driver License

• Experience in working with diverse populations in social services
