Fiber Design Technician

A company is looking for a Fiber Design Technician to support the design and maintenance of outside plant fiber networks.

Key Responsibilities Design and document fiber routes, splice layouts, and hand hole placements Create and maintain fiber splice records and documentation in approved systems Coordinate with construction and maintenance teams to resolve design issues

Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience in telecommunications or fiber network design preferred Familiarity with fiber records systems or network design tools is preferred Strong understanding of outside plant fiber network concepts Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
