Termite Technician

Overview

(Mobile, AL): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Termite Technician to perform a wide range of termite and pest-related services, including inspections, treatments, pretreats, renewals, and crawl-space work. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-minded, and comfortable performing physically demanding tasks in various environments, including crawl spaces, attics, and outdoor conditions.

• Perform termite and general pest control treatments, including drilling, trenching, spraying, and baiting
• Complete termite pretreatments and renewal services
• Conduct detailed termite and pest inspections of residential and commercial properties
• Access crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas to complete inspections and treatments
• Check, service, and maintain termite bait stations
• Drive an company truck to and from daily job sites
• Perform crawl-space encapsulations when assigned
• Assist with mold treatments in crawl spaces
• Complete service documentation accurately and communicate findings to customers and supervisors
• Maintain equipment, tools, and safety gear according to company standards
• Follow all company safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and safely perform physical tasks such as bending, crawling, kneeling, and climbing
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, tight areas, and varying environmental conditions
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Previous pest control or termite experience preferred, but training may be provided
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily routes

• Regularly required to stand, walk, crawl, kneel, stoop, and use hands for manual tasks
• Must lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly
• Must be able to work in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics
• Visual requirements include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus
• Exposure to outdoor weather, chemicals, dirt, dust, and occasional mechanical or environmental hazards
• Work environment may range from quiet to noisy depending on location and equipment
