About the Role

PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking an Experienced A&P Technician to join our team in Tucson, AZ. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining and servicing customer aircraft. You'll troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and perform maintenance tasks—often working directly with clients to deliver solutions.

What You'll Do

• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on customer aircraft.
• Interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding aircraft status.
• Ensure proper inventory and control of your own tools.
• Obtain Ground Support Equipment qualifications as required.

What We're Looking For

• Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License (Required)
• Minimum 2 years' experience on aircraft (fixed wing, rotary, or military)
• TN Visa holders: 5 years' experience required
• Business aircraft experience (Preferred)
• Ability to work overtime, holidays, and in inclement weather
• Basic PC skills
• Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge (if applicable)
• Must own a basic set of hand tools
