As a Maintenance Mechanic - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of equipment and machinery within our facility. You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical systems to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Your expertise in maintenance and repair will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
You will report directly to our Maintenance Supervisor and you'll work out of our Chickasaw, AL location on a full-time, on-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the success of our facility by ensuring that all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and in good working condition. You will contribute to the overall improvement of operational processes and help to minimize downtime.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and components
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of equipment
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

As a Maintenance Mechanic - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will ensure smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities, perform routine tasks, troubleshoot equipment issues, and maintain safety and efficiency. You will report directly to our Maintenance Supervisor and you'll work out of our Chickasaw location on a On-Site work schedule.
YOU MUST HAVE
• Experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical systems and equipment
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance practices
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
• Basic understanding of electrical systems
