Business Development Manager who is committed to growing existing department.
This individual will manage the Business Development Center, which is ESSENTIAL in driving traffic into the dealership itself.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be expected to train, mentor, and motivate your teammates.

Automotive Sales Experience is required, Automotive BDC Experience is not required, but preferred.

• Managing the room and leading by example
• Maximizing sales and profitability of the call center to agreed levels of performance
• Collecting and analyzing metrics/running reports
• Creating and maintaining a process-driven work environment
• Motivating and training
• Maximizing CRM and instructing sales team and managers of opportunities

• Executing inbound/outbound dials and following up with customers.
  This includes Internet leads as well
• Answering customer inquiries in a timely manner, with authenticity and accuracy
• Possessing a knowledge of the services and dealership promotions
• Setting appointments to drive traffic into the dealership
• Logging customer information

• Automotive BDC experience is not required but preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with the management team
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team of representatives
• Upbeat, high energy, and persuasive in nature
