In this role, you will be responsible for prospectingand acquiring new business opportunities, building long-standing relationships,and ensuring customer satisfaction with our services. You will act as a liaison between clients and our service teams to ensure the delivery of top-quality
HVAC and Building Solutions.
The Role at a Glance:
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
- Build a portfolio of client accounts and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, inquiries, and issues.
- Work with Project Estimators to provide clients with clear, competitive, and accurate proposals.
- Meet or exceed revenue targets and contribute to the company's overall sales goals.
- Stay up to date on Star Service's offerings to effectively promote our services.
- Conduct site visits and needs assessments to identify customized solutions that align with client goals.
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure seamless project execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Track sales activities, prepare regular reports, and provide market feedback to help shape company strategy.
- A natural relationship builder with a knack for closing deals.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Service Sales, preferably in Commercial & Industrial Service Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety practices while visiting clients in the field.
