• Conduct outbound telesales calls to targeted customer accounts
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts
• Perform prospecting calls to recruit new customers
• Access inventory and order entry systems to assist customers with product needs
• Meet performance standards including call productivity and customer retention

• 1-2 years of experience in a selling role within a commission-based environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers
• Excellent phone manner and active listening skills
• Good mathematical and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM software

• Experience in business administration, sales, or marketing
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a team-oriented environment
