- Travel throughout assigned territory to meet customers in person and cultivate relationships
- Assist customers with obtaining rate agreements and submit requests to pricing coordinators
- Regularly check on major accounts to ensure on‑time service promises are met
- Handle customer complaints through appropriate channels and maintain a record of daily sales calls
- Communicate customer’s equipment requirements and hours of service to service center operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2+ years of business‑to‑business (B‑B) sales experience or equivalent
- Must maintain a valid Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to provide responsive customer service and coordinate with operations
- Strong relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills
- Previous experience in logistics or freight services
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry standards
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
