What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Travel throughout assigned territory to meet customers in person and cultivate relationships
  • Assist customers with obtaining rate agreements and submit requests to pricing coordinators
  • Regularly check on major accounts to ensure on‑time service promises are met
  • Handle customer complaints through appropriate channels and maintain a record of daily sales calls
  • Communicate customer’s equipment requirements and hours of service to service center operations
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2+ years of business‑to‑business (B‑B) sales experience or equivalent
  • Must maintain a valid Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to provide responsive customer service and coordinate with operations
  • Strong relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in logistics or freight services
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry standards
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
