- Strong public speaking and communication skills
- Prior sales experience in the medical device industry
- Ability to create effective business plans (30/60/90)
- Knowledge of operating room protocols and procedures
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work well under pressure
- Self-assured with a competitive drive
