- Engage with customers through outside sales efforts, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
- Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, providing tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are stocked appropriately to meet demand.
- Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving product offerings.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to assist in product development.
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with software tools related to sales tracking and customer relationship management.
- Previous experience in automotive sales is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
