• Compile lists of prospective customers and develop and execute a call plan for outreach
• Assess individual client needs and develop, present, and implement tailored solutions
• Attend real estate industry functions and participate in community events to enhance visibility
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to create local marketing content and drive brand awareness

• High School Diploma
• 2-5 years of successful experience in the residential title or real estate industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to listen to clients' needs
• Valid driver’s license

• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies in the real estate sector
• Proven ability to adapt sales strategies to changing market conditions
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence others
• Familiarity with real estate market trends and competition
