Are you a self‑motivated, competitive, and highly‑driven salesperson looking to take the next step in your career? This field sales representative position may be what you’re looking for. You will be the producer of new business in your sales territory, capable of targeting, nurturing, and converting leads into new accounts. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in sales and strong time‑management, interpersonal, and communication skills to grow a book of business.

We offer a competitive base salary and a generous commission plan.

Compensation

$100,000 – $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities
  • Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM
  • Maintain up‑to‑date information on ourარკ services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met
  • Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services
  • Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory
  • Attend online and in‑person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events
  • Meeting with homeowners who’ve reached out to us about selling
  • Uncovering their motivation and presenting win‑win offers
  • Following up with leads consistently (this is key!)
  • Running basic property evaluations using our tools and training
  • Working in our CRM and communicating with our team daily
Qualifications
  • Applicant accommodated with strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma preferred
  • 3‑5 years of inside or outside sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
