What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Engage with customers to address needs and educate stakeholders about oncology products
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the Mobile/Montgomery, AL territory
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and build business relationships
  • Analyze market trends and customer buying behaviors to inform sales strategies
  • Foster communication and collaboration with the broader oncology customer team
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
  • Experience in the healthcare/scientific field, with strong preference for oncology-related experience
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnight travel of 10-15%
  • Must reside within a reasonable distance of the district
  • Proven ability to drive results in a complex sales environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics
  • Documented history of strong performance in a sales or oncology clinical role
  • Experience with oncology field sales or clinical oncology
