Location:

Remote in eligible regions. This position can be fully remote, provided you have eligible working rights and can be in the field of your team region.

What You’ll Do
  • Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
  • Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
  • Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals
  • Work independently with full support and training

You Are
  • A natural communicator and closer
  • Comfortable with face-to-face selling
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred)

Compensation for Xplor Pay Direct Sales position offers health benefits, 401K match and is a commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Possess the ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
