We are seeking a proven sales leader with a track record of building high‑performance teams, inspiring revenue growth, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. The ideal candidate will embody our FORCE values:

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to exceed revenue goals across radio, digital, and live event platforms.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a high‑performance sales team; recruit and maintain a pipeline of top talent.
• Conduct weekly one‑on‑one meetings to review pending business and ensure CRM accuracy.
• Attend high‑profile client presentations and provide leadership during negotiations.
• Maximize CRM utilization and monitor team performance for success.
• Manage inventory, forecasting, pricing, and reporting in Wide Orbit.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Actively participate in community and business associations to build influential relationships.
• Generate revenue from a personal account list while supporting team growth.
• Oversee budgeting, expense management, and administrative functions.
• Develop creative, customer‑focused revenue programs and ancillary sales projects.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in broadcast or digital sales; management experience preferred.
• Proven success in driving revenue and leading teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of integrated media solutions, including radio, digital, and experiential marketing.
• Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Digitally savvy and adaptable to the evolving advertising landscape.
