• Provide an excellent selling experience for DIY customers during visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to the store's overall sales objectives
• Deliver DIY services, including battery installation and wiper blade installations
• Maintain product and operational standards within the store
• Manage inventory processes, including stock organization and cycle counts

• Minimum of 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a retail environment
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and parts
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Proficient in basic math skills for accurate transactions
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

• Experience with inventory systems and store equipment
• Familiarity with POS and parts lookup systems
• Knowledge of safety practices and procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members
• Basic driving and navigation abilities
