• Compile orders and replenish merchandise on the sales floor or for customer pickup
• Check inventory and manage orders while ensuring compliance with safety processes
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in finding products
• Organize merchandise to company standards for an optimal shopping experience
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Must be 18 years or older
• Basic math skills
• Previous warehouse and customer service experience
• Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment preferred but not required
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure

• Completion of forklift certifications through the employer
• Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or warehouse environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enthusiastic and customer service-oriented attitude
