• Ensure all crew members provide exceptional customer service and a fast, friendly checkout experience
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure effective performance and customer satisfaction
• Manage the receiving and organization of new stock Chak for efficient sales floor placement
• Assume Manager on Duty responsibilities as needed, handling store operations and urgent issues
• Support the training and onboarding of associates in store policies and operational procedures

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of management experienceseries
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi‑task and maintain composure under pressure
• Creative thinking skills

• College experience preferred
• Previous experience in a retail environment
• Strongrawing leadership and team‑building skills
• Familiarity with merchandising procedures
