Acosta Group is a family‑rooted organization that partners with premium brands to bring customers an engaging shopping experience. We are looking for a dedicated Merchandiser Specialist to stock, maintain and promote products across multiple retail locations.

• Locate and stock merchandise from the backroom onto the sales floor.
• Keep shelves looking sharp by front‑facing, organizing, and maintaining product displays.
• Set up eye‑catching displays and install promotional signage and marketing materials.
• Reset product sections and assist with store remodels and category transitions.
• Use your smartphone to report completed tasks and upload photos as required.
• Represent Acosta with professionalism in each assigned store and build positive relationships with retail partners.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high‑quality work.
• Tech‑savvy with experience using mobile apps, step‑by‑step instructions and reporting tools.
• Enjoy independent work, manage your own schedule while maintaining accountability.
• Dependable, self‑motivated, and committed to producing accurate, efficient results.
• Follow detailed written and verbal instructions and complete tasks thoroughly and on time.

• Reliable smartphone with data service and functional camera.
• Demonstrate consistency, reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable moving around the store, organizing products, lifting or stocking items as needed.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete app‑based reporting accurately.
