• Provide friendly and professional customer service while assisting customers with their inquiries
• Retrieve, load, and replenish merchandise for customer purchases
• Ensure safety by helping customers and staff move merchandise safely
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by replenishing shelves
• Assist with occasional travel to meetings or training sessions as required

• Minimum of 6 months experience using a computer, including data input and information retrieval
• Minimum of 6 months experience with common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales‑related licensure or registration as required by law
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing and lifting up to 25 pounds
• Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts any day of the week

• 6 months of retail experience
• 6 months of experience as a Loader at any home improvement or hardware retailer
• 6 months of experience working in any department at a retail store
• 6 months of retail merchandising experience, including stocking and maintaining product displays
• 6 months of experience in any industry involving the inspection, loading, and unloading of products
