• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in locating, demonstrating, and selecting merchandise
• Collaborate with the Merchandising Service team to ensure project execution and communicate needs effectively
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards, including managing displays and removing damaged products
• Update and validate product signage and pricing information throughout the store
• Operate store equipment as necessary to facilitate merchandising tasks

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement
• Ability to engage with customers and provide knowledgeable assistance
• Experience in retail or merchandising environments is beneficial
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow project instructions
• Commitment to safety and cleanliness in the workplace

• 6 months of experience in a sales floor role within a retail environment
• 6 months of experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms
• 3 months of experience operating power equipment such as lifts and order pickers
