Job Description

The Assistant Manager is a key position responsible for running excellent shifts, caring for customers, achieving store goals, and supporting the General Manager with all business operations. The role requires upholding brand standards, completing necessary training, and leading the team on shift.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Uphold and represent a rock-solid brand image.
  • Manage the store and team with a high-volume mindset.
  • Meet all RPM service goals.
  • Develop organizational and inventory skills.
  • Train and coach team to achieve desired product, service, and image results.
  • Leverage technology to stay ahead in the pizza industry, using advanced equipment.
  • Maintain safety standards at all times.
  • Take ownership of problem resolution.
  • Operate all in-store equipment, including oven-tending.
  • Manage time effectively and multitask in a competitive environment.
  • Create a fun, happy, and exciting environment for customers and team members while taking orders.
  • Schedule, manage labor, attendance, and punctuality.
  • Apply marketing tools from a national brand with over 15,000 stores.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and meet health board standards.
  • Lead all team members in achieving store goals.
  • Consistently work 40+ hours per week.

Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Strong communication and verbal skills.
  • Outgoing with a positive, upbeat attitude.
  • Physically able to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Food safety certification as required by area.
