  Fix store, delivering personalized, human‑centric customer experiences.
• Use your communication skills to enrich each interaction while applying our Serve, Solve, Sell™ technique to recommend and upsell Asurion products and services.
• Learn and assist with device troubleshooting, diagnostics, and basic repairs as needed.
• Balance front‑of‑house customer interactions with back‑of‑house tech and inventory tasks.
• Support the fast‑paced needs of a retail environment as a collaborative team player.
• Multitask confidently across customer service, sales, and technology.

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales – at least 1 year.
• A natural ability to connect with customers, making them feel heard, valued, and cared for.
• A basic knowledge of electronic devices (nice to have, not required).
• Flexibility to work part‑time retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfort juggling sales conversations, customer support, and hand‑on tech work.
