As the full‑time Sales Leader you support the Store Leadership Team, lead LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts, manage daily store operations, motivate and develop associates, and drive sales results while upholding AEO’s values and guest‑first culture.

• Drive sales as a key LOD, maximizing Fitting Room and Sales floor productivity to build guest loyalty.
• Motivate and inspire the team through AEO’s core values and hold associates accountable to service standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop talent to ensure optimal staffing and outstanding guest service.
• Set clear goals, provide real‑time coaching, celebrate performance and engage the team through motivation and recognition.
• Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures, ensuring Fitting Rooms are guest‑ready and brand standards are met.
• Maintain store safety, asset protection, and policy compliance with integrity.

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Prior retail leadership experience.
• Strong multitasking, attention to detail, priority‑setting, and time‑management skills.
• Business acumen and flexible availability to cover guest periods.
