As a General Manager, you will plan and direct all restaurant operations while maintaining high standards of food, guest service, health and safety. You will also ensure maximum profitability and efficient performance of the restaurant, along with optimal utilization of staff and resources.

You will be responsible for exemplifying our culture and promoting the property as both the Destination and Employer of Choice!

Your Supervisory Responsibilities include The Living Room and Banquet Staff including Bartender, Server, Server Assistant, Host, and Banquet Captain.

• Ensuring compliance with all regulation and standards required by relevant authorities.
• Meeting overall restaurant business objectives set by senior leadership.
• Assisting with budget development, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenues.
• Managing inventories and vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing.
• Monitoring business volume and planning for labor, productivity, and costs.
• Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining staff; enforcing policies and procedures.
• Handling payroll processes accurately and timely.
• Maintaining quality operations through policies, SOPs, and system improvements.
• Monitoring and improving patron satisfaction and building relationships with key guests.
• Collaborating with marketing to attract patrons and evaluate marketing efforts.
• Seeking opportunities to add value and accomplish company goals.
• Staying updated on industry trends through education and networking.
• Working closely with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred, hospitality management degree a plus.
• At least 5+ years of restaurant experience, including 2-3 years in management.
• Deep knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food presentation.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Ability to forecast and plan for inventory and staffing needs.
• Proven ability to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team leadership abilities.

• Varied schedules, including holidays and weekends, with flexibility.
• Ability to resolve problems, handle conflicts, and perform under pressure.
• Ability to multitask, delegate, and lead with a servant leadership mindset.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform related tasks.

• Primarily in the restaurant, with movement through various areas of the property.
• Comfortable working in a shared, noisy environment without private office space.
