Overview

Flynn Hut joined the Pizza Hut system in 2021. In 2023, we expanded internationally by acquiring Pizza Hut's master franchisee in Australia with 260+ units. Today we are the largest Pizza Hut franchisee in the world with 1200+ locations and operating in 2 countries. We continue to grow by building new stores and acquiring other franchise operators.

We are one of seven premier brands of Flynn Group, which was founded in 1999 by Greg Flynn. It has grown since then to the largest franchise operator in the world. Flynn owns and operates a diversified portfolio of restaurants in iconic, world-class brands across diverse segments, including Applebee's, Arby’s, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy's and Planet Fitness. • Provide friendly, welcoming service as a Pizza Hut Team Member and support operations across front-of-house or back-of-house roles as needed.
• Assist with food preparation and assembly to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and equipment in accordance with company standards.
• Handle customer questions and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Support team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive guest experience.

• Flexible schedule and willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.
