- Ensures compliance to PART 21G and ISO 9001 regulations for any work done by CFM maintenance team on LEAP-1A engines at Airbus.
- Manages engine documentation, by receiving and keeping it up to date throughout the delivery process of a given aircraft.
- Checks the allocation conformity for LEAP-1A engines arriving at Airbus between those engines and the aircraft on which they will be installed.
- Supports upon LEAP-1A engines arrival at Airbus incoming inspection of those engines with Airbus and buy off inspections with the airline after podding activity at Safran Nacelles.
- Deals with any non-conformity found on LEAP-1A engines at Airbus to analyze the condition, open a concession when required until final quality / engineering statement, final rework or replacement and closure of the condition in all systems. He leads any quality return of experience and associated communication. He reports in a specific file all snags of Airframer or integrator responsibility.
- Leads on a quality point of view any intervention to put back a LEAP-1A engine at Airbus to conformity and follows until final closure any configuration change.
- Checks the registration of all work done on appropriate tools/bases (within Airbus systems and CFM internal systems).
- Issues the complementary EASA Form 1 covering all work done by CFM maintenance team on LEAP-1A engines before delivery of the aircraft, ensuring their airworthiness.
- Is in charge to update quality KPI validated between CFM and Airbus.
- Is taking part into quality audit, both internal and external (OSAC).
- Follows the yearly internal activity surveillance planning and leads quality improvement actions.
- Validates work instructions issued by Methods Representative.
You have already worked as a quality representative in an aeronautical environment. A previous experience on an engine product would be appreciated. You have extended knowledge of PART 21G and ISO 9001 regulations and already gained a good knowledge of Quality & Configuration function. You are proficient in IT tools. Customer orientation is your priority, and you consistently demonstrate responsiveness and rigor in your daily work.
