• Oversee landscape design and horticulture management projects

• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill community landscape needs
• Provide training and development to team members to enhance their skills

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, Ornamental Horticulture, or a related field
• At least one year of experience in landscape design or horticulture management and supervision, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid driver's license from state of residence
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in outdoor environments and manage diverse teams

• Additional experience in project management within parks and recreation
• Knowledge of local plant species and horticultural best practices
• Familiarity with landscape design software
• Previous experience with community engagement in landscaping projects
