Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, eating, and hygieneSupport the nursing team by monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditionsTake and record vital signs, weights, and input/output as directedEnsure residents’ comfort, safety, and dignity at all timesMaintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areasCommunicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and team membersParticipate in care planning and implementation under the direction of licensed nursing staffQualifications
