Compensation: $60,000 salary + incentive plan

Job SummaryUnder the direction of the Director of Clinical Operations and in collaboration with the clinical team, this role provides both direct and indirect patient care in alignment with professional standards, state regulations, and company policies. The RN ensures that patient services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with best clinical practices.
Responsibilities- Accurately chart and communicate changes in patient condition, including adverse reactions or responses to treatment, and take appropriate action as needed.
- Deliver high-quality direct and indirect patient care following established clinical standards and document all care activities within the electronic health record (EHR).
- Work as part of a healthcare team.
- Address patient inquiries, providing guidance and education on treatment plans, medications, and clinic services.
- Collect and process blood samples for laboratory testing.
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies to ensure readiness for procedures.
- Maintain proper inventory of medications and clinical supplies, restocking as needed.
- Support patient education regarding care plans, post-treatment instructions, and pricing details.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support clinic operations and patient experience.
– Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing or higher from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alabama.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. Role will be subject to an office clinical environment which is subject to indoor conditions. Physical demands include but are not limited to standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, manual dexterity, stooping, kneeling, crouching, vision acuity, talking and hearing.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Thorough understanding of clinical practices, procedures, and patient care standards.
- Ability to assess problems, review relevant information, and determine appropriate solutions.
- Maintains focus and attention to detail.
- Communicates clearly and professionally with patients, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
