Education Requirements:
- Current RN License and ACLS Certification
Job Requirements:
- Vascular Access/PICC experience preferred
- Effective communication and excellent customer service, interpersonal and critical thinking skills required
- Ability to function independently and exercise judgement in interactions with physicians, interprofessional care team and patients, and their families.
- Ability to place peripheral IVs and mid-lines in addition to placing PICC lines with ultrasound
- Ability to assist MDs with central line insertions at bedside
