• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all nursing staff, including new employee orientation, continuing education, and skills training.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training solutions.
• Collaborate with directors and managers to implement organizational goals and objectives.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to nursing staff to enhance their skills and job performance.
• Evaluate training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education and training.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current state licensure.
• Level of

  Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred;
  Master's Degree in Nursing is a plus.
