Mobile Equipment Operator

Location: Theodore, Alabama, USA

We are hiring for one of our prime clients seeking a Mobile Equipment Operator to work at the Theodore manufacturing facility. This role focuses on operating heavy industrial equipment safely and efficiently while supporting production processes, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a strong safety culture.

• Operate various heavy equipment and industrial machinery
• Learn and operate a gantry crane for unloading vessels carrying fuels and raw materials
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
• Work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as assigned
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and environmental policies
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Associate/Technical Degree preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong safety awareness
• Understanding of cement manufacturing processes preferred
• Adherence to safety protocols and proper use of PPE
