Logistics Coordinator

• Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials within or between departments according to production schedules
• Identify and evaluate disruptions in the supply chain and improve related processes
• Provide line‑side support in case of logistical problems
• Manage missing parts lists in coordination with production and back‑office teams
• Track and trace the physical position and status of materials and delivery units

• Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in business administration, supply chain, or logistics preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain and logistics, preferably in aviation manufacturing
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve problems effectively
• Proficiency in English; fluency in other languages is highly desirable
• Knowledge of common business applications such as SAP

• Experience in material management in aviation manufacturing, assembly, or MRO
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing philosophies and techniques
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental legislation and regulations
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
