Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $23.25/hour

• Operating and maintaining CNC and manual machines to produce high-quality metal parts
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise manufacturing
• Conducting routine machine inspections and performing basic maintenance tasks
• Monitoring production processes to guarantee that parts meet strict quality standards
• Adjusting machine settings and tooling as needed to maintain accuracy
• Keeping detailed and accurate records of production, maintenance, and quality control
• Adhering closely to all workplace safety regulations and protocols

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bring proven experience as a machinist in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Are skilled in operating CNC and manual milling, turning, and grinding machines
• Possess a strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
• Can read and interpret technical documents and specifications
• Demonstrate effective communication and teamwork skills
• Are physically able to lift, move, and manipulate materials as part of your daily tasks
