- Operating and maintaining CNC and manual machines to produce high-quality metal parts
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise manufacturing
- Conducting routine machine inspections and performing basic maintenance tasks
- Monitoring production processes to guarantee that parts meet strict quality standards
- Adjusting machine settings and tooling as needed to maintain accuracy
- Keeping detailed and accurate records of production, maintenance, and quality control
- Adhering closely to all workplace safety regulations and protocols
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bring proven experience as a machinist in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Are skilled in operating CNC and manual milling, turning, and grinding machines
- Possess a strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
- Can read and interpret technical documents and specifications
- Demonstrate effective communication and teamwork skills
- Are physically able to lift, move, and manipulate materials as part of your daily tasks
