• Conduct cycle counts and recounts at assigned inventory locations, recording counts on appropriate forms and systems
• Reconcile cycle counts with the SAP stock status balance and perform inventory reconciliation processes
• Maintain necessary inventory records to report cycle count accuracies on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Collaborate with supervisors and planners to determine error resolution for inventory discrepancies
• Act as a resource for reconciling inventory adjustments from the production and shipping floor

• Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience with inventory control and reconciliation processes
• Knowledge of SAP system and shop floor control
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good judgment and decision-making skills

• Knowledge of manufacturing operations is desirable
• Aptitude for math, including decimals, fractions, and percentages
