As an FRA Lead Project Manager, you will be operating at a senior level within the FRA Department and be expected to support and manage FRA projects to facilitate the successful delivery of high-quality FRA work and project delivery, as commissioned through Bellrock brands. You will support the Head of FRA in delivering a selected portfolio of prestigious FRA projects, nurture key client relationships with a consultative approach, and help clients understand how to implement our findings.

You will take ownership of key accounts and develop new opportunities through relationship building. You will lead a new project to embed a team focused on supporting Bellrock’s wider client base on FRA services, acting as the main technical lead and trusted advisor to clients, providing support and solutions and developing strong client relationships.

• Oversee the delivery of projects, providing and maintaining a technically compliant service and high-quality deliverables.
• Support and lead FRA department implementation and ongoing management of the FRA process and FRA competency framework.
• Be the technical lead across Bellrock wider services on FRA to build client relationships and act as a fire safety trusted advisor with a proportionate-to-risk approach.
• Manage the day-to-day delivery of work for self to meet prescribed utilisation rates.
• FRA schedule to average 3 days on site per week, focusing on HRB/Complex buildings.
• Ensure all FRA reports are written to SLA requirements and presented to a high standard.
• Proactively support SLA requirements on QC processes.
• Develop key client accounts and be their professional, trusted point of contact.
• Act as the focal point for project engagements and ensure successful project delivery.
• Engage with clients within allocated project portfolio with regular meetings (minimum once a month per project).
• Manage client meeting agendas and trackers to monitor portfolio performance.
• Manage and maintain profitability and gross margin of work delivery.
• Assist in creating and developing reporting outputs, survey methodologies and project management tasks.
• Support sustainable service growth, statutory compliance and governance, client and staff retention, and development of the client base.
• Support the development of colleagues to equip them with skills and motivation for their roles.
• Set a project’s overall direction and vision, while managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Lead on-site mentoring for colleagues as part of career development pathways.
• Deliver a professional and exceptional service to clients.
• Where applicable, assist Principals on QC processes for validation of FRAs to BAFE SP205.
• Adhere to the FRA process and competency frameworks and align with BS8674 requirements.
• Maintain professional conduct and ethical standards.
• When scheduling site visits, adhere to Bellrock expenses and driving policies; overnight stays require line manager approval.
• Adopt FRA team “new ways of working” as part of the FRA process framework.
