Location: Mobile, AL

Pay: $90k/year

Experience/

Education:

• Registered Nurse (RN); BSN preferred
• RN with an ADN and a minimum of 5 years of nursing management or supervisory experience will be considered
• Current, active Alabama RN license required

Type: Full-time;
Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Clark Personnel is seeking a Director of Nursing to join a growing and dynamic team!

• Direct and oversee professional nursing services and patient care delivery across assigned clinical units.
• Plan, organize, and manage nursing operations in alignment with medical and organizational goals.
• Lead, evaluate, and develop nursing staff, including hiring, scheduling, performance management, and training.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels for nursing and allied health personnel across all care areas.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, standards, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Collaborate with medical and executive leadership to align nursing services with overall clinical operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, safety, and HIPAA requirements.
• Oversee operational activities including equipment readiness, supply management, and safety compliance.
• Provide leadership in patient service excellence and support resolution of service-related concerns.
• Support surveys, audits, reporting, and other duties as assigned by leadership.

• Demonstrated clinical competence and nursing leadership experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision‑making skills
• Ability to delegate effectively and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to analyze clinical, professional, and regulatory materials
• Ability to prepare reports and present information to diverse audiences
• Strong problem‑solving skills in complex and evolving environments
