Nealy Pierce has partnered with a growing, independently owned multi campus non-profit hospital in the Southern Gulf Region to recruit a dynamic and inspirational Director of Care Coordination to join their leadership team. More details follow below:

About the Hospital and the Director Case Management Position:
  • Non-profit, award winning 500+ bed acute care hospital that has served its community for over 50 years
  • The Director will manage a team of 40+ FTE’s including a team of four Supervisors and will be responsible for the hospital wide Care Coordination Team including Case Management, Utilization Review, Denial Review, and Social Work Services
  • Reports to a dynamic and collaborative Chief Medical Officer

Executive Director of Care Coordination Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required in Nursing (BSN) required
  • Active RN Licenese
  • Minimum five (5) years of progressive Case Management leadership experience in an acute care hospital required
  • Seeking a RELATIONSHIP DRIVEN, VISIBLE and INSPIRATIONAL leader
  • Proven track record of success in Case Management leadership
  • Able to establish positive collaborative relationships across all levels
