• Must possess a 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven business acumen and ability to manage conflict
• Ability to relate well to and interact with all levels of the organization
• Strong cognitive skills including problem analysis and decision-making

• Experience in a retail management role
• Familiarity with current technology and ability to adapt to new systems
• Proven ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively
• Previous experience in guest service or a customer-facing role
